Perfect romantic gateway. The staff (everyone but especially José, Estephany and Alejandro) was friendly and understanding of our un poquito spanish. The view was incredible, with easy access to the pool and beach. Very queer friendly environment. Great destination for a memorable vacation. Can't wait to be able to come. back.

We have been going to this hotel for 30 years now. Wonderful for families. Everything is new, beds, furnishings, Beach furniture,etc. As a consequence to the hurricane

The staff was super nice and the food was great. In general, the hotel needs some improvements on some walls, chairs, ceiling fans, etc. The pool was very clean. For me, it was a 4 star hotel. It's very close to excellent.

Family hotel with a quiet beach, very clean, already a few years old but with excellent service. A great advantage is being able to use the facilities of the Princess and the imperial world with parking and/or transportation included (check schedules).

Everything was nice. Enjoyed the beach, the breakfast, and the service. We also liked that they offer you transportation to go to the 3 hotels they own.
