The staff was super nice and the food was great. In general, the hotel needs some improvements on some walls, chairs, ceiling fans, etc. The pool was very clean. For me, it was a 4 star hotel. It's very close to excellent.

Family hotel with a quiet beach, very clean, already a few years old but with excellent service. A great advantage is being able to use the facilities of the Princess and the imperial world with parking and/or transportation included (check schedules).

Everything was nice. Enjoyed the beach, the breakfast, and the service. We also liked that they offer you transportation to go to the 3 hotels they own.

I have been coming to this facility ever since I was 5, lots of glamour and quite a few elite from Hollywood, good all times, now still the magic alive with different glamour of course.

nice hotel at a good beach. Two big pools. Restaurant Ok. Nice tennis court (but do not make the mistake to book tennis classes; they are overprized, the tennis trainer is around 70 years old, corpulent and has not idea about tennis)

The pools were great as always, with the loungers nice and spaced out helping you keep distance between people. I selected a room with ocean view and the view was great! The staff at the Tabachin restaurant were very nice and attentive. Special thank you to Fernando and Isaac at the Tabachin. The cleanliness and disinfection measures they used seemed very adequate and reassuring. And the layout of the hotel helps you stay outside (and hence ventilated) when moving from place to place. I enjoyed having a room on the 3rd floor with good views.

We had a nice room with a view to a garden and not so far to the sea. It has access to a very beautiful beech. Three pools to choose.
